With more than 20 years of experience, Yolande Hamilton-Lawrence has built a professional portfolio focused on developing and executing financial strategies that drive growth and align with both longterm and immediate organizational goals. Throughout her career, she has held several senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Financial Planning & HR Finance, Finance Director of Corporate FP&A, and Finance Manager of Corporate Planning & Strategy & Investor Relations, and provides expertise as a specialized consultant in strategy and finance. Yolande has managed enterprise-level financial planning & analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. She has consistently served as a business partner to executive leadership, business units, and non-profit organizations, providing the clarity and strategic insight needed to optimize operational efficiency and inform executive decision-making.

In addition to her professional success, she is a devoted collaborator with a strong emphasis on community service and mentorship. Yolande is currently a member of the Board and Executive Committee for the Montclair Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Her commitment to supporting others is further demonstrated through her work as an Executive Mentor in the Soar to Success Mentorship Program at Montclair State University’s Feliciano School of Business. Additionally, she actively participated in the planning committee for the 2026 Caribbean American Heritage Month Celebration hosted by the Montclair Art Museum.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Yolande brings deep finance expertise and a strong commitment to equitable access to care. She looks forward to supporting the Mental Health Center of Passaic in advancing its mission and expanding its impact across the community.

She is a graduate of Claflin University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School.
